CUSTOM SERVICE / 06 — TECHNICAL CONSULTING

Technical Consulting
and Development Outsourcing

Clarify the issue. Make the next step practical.

From early product ideas and system assessment to development work within an agreed scope. We first understand the current challenge, available context and intended outcome, then discuss a suitable way to work together.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER / COOPERATION OPTIONS

Do you need help choosing a direction,
or help building it together?

Technical consulting and development collaboration can be separate or connected as a project requires. Start with the part that needs attention now.

A

TECHNICAL CONSULTING

Technical consulting

When the problem does not yet have a clear answer, assess technical options and their implications first.

Good fit when
You are comparing implementation paths, reviewing an existing system or validating a key technical assumption.
Work to discuss
Clarify goals and constraints; review architecture, dependencies and interfaces; compare viable options.
Possible outputs
An issue list, assessment notes, solution recommendations or a proposed validation scope.

The format follows the agreed scope and can begin with a focused assessment.

B

DEVELOPMENT COLLABORATION

Development collaboration

When goals and requirements are clearer, add design and engineering capacity around an agreed scope.

Good fit when
You have defined features or technical tasks and need collaboration on a module, system or product iteration.
Work to discuss
Confirm feature boundaries, technical environment, interface dependencies, collaboration and validation.
Possible outputs
Design and code within the agreed scope, supporting notes, test records or handover materials.

Tasks, acceptance criteria and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

A WORKING PAPER / WHERE TO BEGIN

Start with the situation you have.

Choose the closest starting point to see what an initial conversation could cover. These prompts do not collect information or produce a technical conclusion.

START HERE / 01

Turn the idea into a question we can discuss.

Topics to discuss

Intended users, the problem to solve, key user flows and what may need early validation.

What may help

A short description, reference or sketch. You can also start by explaining the idea in your own words.

These prompts are for orientation only. They are not a formal diagnosis, quote or project commitment.

COOPERATION MEMO / WORKING AGREEMENTS

Put the work into
a clear shared record.

Before a project moves forward, record the key decisions and agreements in a form both sides can refer to.

01

Describe the problem

Explain who encounters what issue, in which situation, how the current system responds and what should change. A shared understanding gives assessment and scope a useful starting point.

02

Assess the technical context

Review available architecture, runtime environment, data and interfaces, then discuss options and dependencies. If information is incomplete, agree on what needs checking instead of treating assumptions as findings.

03

Agree on scope

Define module ownership, collaboration, how interim results will be checked and what is outside the current engagement. If needs change, agree together on how to adjust the scope.

04

Plan the handover

Agree on deliverables and usage notes for the selected collaboration. Code ownership, third-party dependencies, data access, confidentiality and ongoing maintenance should be addressed for the specific project.

A CLEAR NEXT STEP / START A CONVERSATION

Tell us what you are working through.

A brief description is enough to start. Whether further assessment is useful can be discussed from the actual context.
